The Whole Truth – Energy Bars: My Honest Review

Energy bars are a convenient snack option for those on the go, but not all bars are created equal. With so many options in the market, it can be difficult to find one that truly lives up to its promises of being healthy and delicious. Luckily, I recently discovered The Whole Truth Energy Bars and I am absolutely in love with them.

The Whole Truth offers a variety of energy bars that are packed with only the best ingredients – nuts, dates, berries, and fudgy gooey chocolate – all smooshed together to make the cleanest, yummiest energy bar you have ever had. I highly recommend starting with their sampler pack to get a taste of all their delicious flavors.

What sets The Whole Truth apart from other energy bars is their honesty and transparency with their ingredients. These bars are certified vegan and the protein comes only from plant-based sources. They are also free of any added sugar, preservatives, gluten, artificial flavors or colors, soy, and dairy. Food really doesn’t get any cleaner than this!

As someone who has always been on the lookout for good, healthy, and tasty energy bars, I can say that The Whole Truth hits the nail on the head. They have shown that healthy food can be tasty too, without any compromise on taste.

The packaging of The Whole Truth Energy Bars is easy to read and understand, making it a great option for both fitness pros and those just starting on their fitness journey. In my recent experience trying their bars, I have to say that I was blown away by the quality of the product.

Here’s a rundown of the individual variants:

(1) Mocha Almond Fudge – This flavor was simply delicious and perfectly chocolaty.

(2) Almond Choco Fudge – This flavor was very good and had the perfect level of crunchiness.

(3) Peanut Choco Fudge – Unfortunately, this flavor did not taste good to me as it was too peanutty. I believe the chocolate portion needs to be increased in this variant.

(4) Cocoa Cranberry Fudge – This flavor was a delicious mix of cocoa and cranberry, without the tartness of the cranberry. It was simply yummy.

(5) Fig Apricot Orange – While this flavor was good, I am not a big fan of it. I would only buy this flavor if no other flavor is available.

I am definitely going to buy bigger packs of (1), (2), and (4). I’ve already bought their newly launched Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter and I cannot wait to try their Protein Bars as well.

The Whole Truth offers a lot of variety when it comes to flavors, so I suggest trying their All-in-One packs first and then deciding which flavors to go for. On that note, I also suggest the brand come up with a trial pack for their peanut butter, as they have launched a lot of flavors and it took me a while to pick just one.

The only thing I would like to see improved is the price. At INR 300, this pack contains 5 bars, so that’s INR 60/bar, which is a little steep compared to other bars in the market that are available at INR 30 onwards. However, I believe that the use of dates instead of sugar makes it a good investment. Dates are an excellent natural sweetener, very good for digestion, rich in iron, and have other health benefits. So, I would suggest the brand to work on their costing and make it a bit more. While the price of INR 60 per bar may seem a bit steep compared to other bars on the market, the quality of ingredients and honesty in labeling make it worth it. Plus, with frequent discounts available on Amazon, you can enjoy The Whole Truth’s delicious bars without breaking the bank.

In conclusion, if you’re looking for a tasty and healthy snack that is made with clean ingredients, give The Whole Truth a try. You won’t regret it.
